A 45-minute discovery call to align on your preferences and expectations
A fully customized itinerary with up to two rounds refinements
Pre-trip support to review important details 1 - 2 weeks before departure
Travel support during your trip via WhatsApp

If you’ve spent hours researching, choosing destinations, and building your itinerary, it’s completely natural to wonder if everything truly flows well, or if something could be improved. That’s where I come in.
I carefully review your itinerary to refine, optimize, and elevate your trip, ensuring that your time in Portugal feels smooth, well-paced, and thoughtfully structured.
Your itinerary will be reviewed in detail, with a focus on both logistics and overall experience. This includes:
Evaluating the pace of your trip to avoid rushing or unnecessary backtracking
Optimizing routes and travel logistics between destinations
Identifying gaps, missed opportunities, or overly touristy choices
Suggesting more meaningful alternatives where relevant

After booking the service, you’ll be asked to share your current itinerary along with a few details about your trip and preferences. You’ll then receive a revised version of your itinerary within 2 - 3 days, including clear suggestions, adjustments, and recommendations.
While this service focuses on reviewing and refining your existing itinerary, all recommendations are provided with clear guidance and direct links, allowing you to easily manage your bookings independently.
Instead of second-guessing your plan, you’ll move forward knowing that your itinerary has being refined, allowing you to make the most of your time in Portugal with greater ease and confidence.
